‘EGG-CITING EASTER FAMILY BUFFET LUNCH’ AT CHATZ BRASSERIE, PARKROYAL KUALA LUMPUR

March 17, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Chatz Brasserie at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur is looking forward tospending Easter with you and your family. Our chefs have crafted a special menu of well-loved international dishes, as well as Malaysian favourites. While dining, children will be entertained by a Clown and Magic Show to add more fun to the family feast.

An assortment of sandwiches and salads such as the dainty Opened-faced Crostini, Mediterranean Clam Salad and Seafood Melon Salad will be prepared as your appetisers. The Minestrone Soup with Smoked Chicken and Parmesan Cheese will accompany the Easter Special of Pretzels and Hot-Cross Buns.

At the hot section, Nasi Goreng Api-api, Black Pepper Fish, Barbequed Beef Ribs, Easter Rabbit with Dried Berries Stew and Chicken Thigh Teriyaki are among the many choices for your main course. The buffet line will also spot a Roasted Whole Lamb with Rosemary Gravy and Mint Sauce.

For a Malaysian delight, assorted Dim Sum, Prawn Mee Noodles, Mi Sup Tulang, Chicken and Beef Satay, Char Kway Teow, Yong Tau Foo and PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur’s famous Roasted Chicken and Duck Rice will add to the variety of your lunch feast.

Fresh thirst quenchers include Orange and Pink Guava juices and Dried Longan and Soya Bean Cincau drinks. The dessert section tempts you with Black Bottom Pie, Pavlova, Crème Brûlée, Easter Chocolate Bunnies, Easter Brioche and a selection of Ice-cream and Ice Kacang with condiments.

The ‘Egg-citing Easter Family Buffet Lunch’ is available on 4 and 5 April 2015 from 12:30pm to 4:00pm. It is priced at RM78 nett per person and includes unlimited flow of juices and soft drinks. For RM118 nett per
