DANNY PENANG TUA PAN @ RESTAURANT DOUBLE GOOD, MANJALARA

It is hard to find good Penang Char Hor Fan, Hokkien Char and many other Penang food in Klang Valley. Recommended by a good friend, Danny Penang Tua Pan which is located at the Restaurant Double One brings me loads of surprises. The small stall which is opened from morning till lunch and also on evening served 8 choices of stir fried inclusive of char koay teow and Penang Lo Bak.

Penang Hokkien Char (RM 6.00) comes with the yellow egg noodles as well as bihun with the added prawns, pork and Chinese Mustard Green. The Hokkien Char comes indeed savory and it is alike Penang taste which I usually had. Awesome!

Served next is the Char Ho Fan (RM 6.00) which is a good one too. The silky ho fan soaked in the creamy flavourful sauce it so good and each mouthful is bringing back those were the days .

Aside from those stir fried, Char Koay Teow is also available. The char koay teow is good in the “wok hei” but the koay teow disappoint me though where the koay teow is not those alike Penang.

Lo bak (2 or RM 10) here is indeed double thumbs up. Juicy in the inside, with the moist taste and crispy skin.

I am happy girl today as I found my Penang delights here in Manjalara
