
It is the Italian artichokes season and our Chef de Cuisine, Samuele Baudoino presents an exquisite creative menu, incorporating the artichokes with risotto and baby calamari, grilled langoustine and pan-roasted veal tenderloin, guaranteed to please the most discerning palates.

Artichoke delicacies include:
· Artichokes flan with 24 months aged Parmesan fondue
· Oven baked artichokes with aromatic bread and tomato concassé
· Artichokes risotto with sautéed baby calamari
· Tagliatelle with artichokes and Sicilian red prawn
· Grilled langoustine with sautéed artichokes and soft potato
· Pan roasted veal tenderloin with braised artichokes, shallot and shaved Parmesan 24 months
