Executive Chef Ray Lam has incorporated the finest ingredients with American Italian gastronomy to introduce a Valentine’s Day “American-Italian Love Affair” 5-course Set Dinner at Mezzo. You will surely be impressed by the exquisite presentation and the taste of every speciality in the set dinner. To add on, two glasses of Champagne Michel Arnould Brut Rose will be offered with our compliments. Moreover, a saxophonist will have a live performance in the restaurant. You can pick your favourite love song to be performed during your romantic dinner time.
(ii) Café Allegro – Valentine’s Day “Foie Gras & Lobster Fiesta” Seafood Dinner Buffet
Our talented chefs handpick the Foie Gras and fresh Lobster to prepare a variety of dishes for your enjoyment in this Valentine’s Day, such as Foie Gras Parfait with Brioche and Figs Jam, Chilled Boston Lobster and Champagne Scented Lobster and Seafood Cocktail.
