Loh Hei Loh Hei! Start off with the authentic , tradition flavors when comes this new year. This year, start with the yee sang which includes the sliced abalone, Norwegian Salmon with Snow Pear, Jelly Fish or shredded duck meat. Served with various texture of carrots, turnips, red pickled, ginger, toasted sesame seeds and also the crushed peanuts and crackers combined with the sweet sourish plum sauce. Toss all your way to prosperity! The 7 Yee Sang Special is available at RM 68.00++ to RM 98.00++ (regular) and RM 98.00++ to RM 198.00++ ( large)

After welcoming the good fortune, we moved to the their signatures- pork, pork and more pork. The meat platter comes awesomely attractive with everything seems so good. There were poached pork slices with chilli vinaigrette, roast pork belly and the tender slices of char siew. The roast pork.. oh no.. the crackly skin with the juicy meat just what I need. As for poached pork slices, it is served cold and yet flavorful. Together with it is the juicy duck with shiny, crispy skin.

The Steamed Dragon Grouper with the Superior Soy Sauce comes simple but it brings us with the sweet temptations and filled with the flaky soft flesh. Though the dish is simple, the taste is awesomely good.

We love how the Braised Baby White Cabbage with Fresh Crabmeat is served. The Cabbage is well braised till soft, melts in the mouth with the thick and creamy sauce which is generously laid with the crab meat, sliced mushroom as well as broccoli at the side.

Assorted Preserved Meat Claypot Rice where chef has done a good job in its claypot rice where the fragrance from the ingredients is simply appetizing. Deliciously done !

Jackfruit Puree with Sago Pearls and Red Beans is a desserts which is really good here. The jackfruit slices, red beans and sago all in one bowl in the creamy puree is awesomely good. Not too sweet, it is as nice as it is.

As for the Chinese New year Sweets, it is well crafted with modern twist and highly recommended by their chef. The Nian Gao is being breadcrumbs and it is simply crispy as well. Nicely done!
