As for the Treasure Pot, it is well done with all the goodies on top. With the scrumptious delights from 18 different ingredients from the Baby Abalone, Dried sun scallops, Fish Maws, Mussels, Sea cucumbers, Japanese mushrooms, Groupers, Chinese mushrooms, Sea asparagus, Sea prawns, Roasted duck, Roasted chicken, Hong Kong kai lan, Australian broccoli, Hong Kong nai pak, Siew pak choy, Fresh scallops and Pacific clams in a huge bowl; the treasure pot is indeed excellently done with the flavourful broth and premium ingredients. I love how it is done.

Next is the Wok Heated Prawns with Nutmeg, Asparagus and Smoked Chicken. The stir fried prawns comes simply pulpy with the hint of nutmeg together with the crunchy asparagus which is served together. With it is the moist and flavourful smoked chicken with it.

We also had the Stir fried Scallops with Pumpkin, Asparagus, and Celery served with Macadamia Nuts. I love the way it is served where the scallops comes pulpy and it is served with the crunchy bites of macadamia nuts. Comes awesomely good!

We ended with the Chilled Earl Grey Syrup with Hasma, White Fungus and Black Dates. The soothing desserts which is well cooked with the sweet blend and not just that, but it’s soothing sensation with the hasma is indeed refreshing.

For a great gathering with families, friends or even business partner hop to Celestial Court to have a prosperity meal.
