Executive Chinese Chef, Chef Eddie Chua invites you to feast on a majestic splendor of innovative Chinese cuisines exclusively prepared by the ever talented culinary team to make your Chinese New Year celebration extra special.

An ideal venue for corporate and family dining, China Treasures features a subtle décor with Chinese influence that exudes sophistication and unpretentious comfort, complementing the overall ambience and setting.

Starting from 1 February until 8 March 2015, have the pleasure of tasting wondrous set menus of refreshing fusion-style Yee Sang. The Wealth Prosperity menu priced at RM4740.88nett per table of 10 persons with complimentary Jasmine Tea; include the delectable Abalone and Norwegian Salmon Yee Sang with Chinese Pears, Double Boiled Superior Bird’s Nest Soup with Sea Treasures, Sautéed Sea Scallops and Asparagus with Szechuan Chili Paste, Steamed Eight Treasures Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice to name a few.

Allow yourself to indulge in a favorable Prosperity menu, priced at RM3201.88nett per table of 10 persons that comes with a complimentary bottle of Red Wine. Be prepared for a gastronomic journey with menu highlights such as the Double Boiled ‘Kampung‘ Chicken with Abalone, Dried Scallop and Mushroom, the luxurious Braised Sea Cucumber with Dried Oysters, Sea Moss and Bean Curd Stick, Barbecued Roast Duck with Orange and Rose Reduction and much more.

Alternatively, the Fortune menu is another fantastic option to choose from at the price of RM2642.88nett per table of 10 persons, inclusive of one complimentary bottle of Red wine. Dishes like Hong Kong Style Steamed Live Grouper that carries a sweet and succulent texture meat, Chef’s scrumptious creation of the Crispy Marinated Szechuan Duck, the mouthwatering Sautéed Crystal Prawns with Hot and Sour Sauce and a refreshing Chinese New Year Special Dessert are part of the menu highlights.

In addition to that, if you wish to host a smaller group of people then the Abundance and Happiness set menus are the perfect choices.  Guests can savor Chef’s exclusive creation such as the Braised Bird’s Nest Soup with Dried Seafood, Steamed Fresh White Pomfret with Bean Crumbs and Preserved Vegetables, Crispy Roast Chicken prepared “Two Ways” and Chilled Lo Han Guo Jelly with Aloe Vera to name a few from the Abundance menu priced at RM1396.88nett (per table for 6 persons) and RM2082.88nett (per table for 10 persons).

Elevate your senses with joy from the Happiness menu featuring dishes like the Haruan Fish Fillet Yee Sang, Crab Meat Soup with Braised Seafood, Home Style Steamed White Cod and Hot Soy Bean with White Fungus, Lotus See and Gingko Nuts and much more at the price of RM1102.88nett (per table for 6 persons) and RM1662.88nett (per table for 10 persons).
