USHER IN THE NEW YEAR @ ESSENCE, SHERATON IMPERIAL KUALA LUMPUR

As the year draws slowly towards a close, it is time to celebrate what 2014 has been for you! Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel invites you to celebrate New Year’s Eve as well as New Year Day in our award-winning restaurants.

On New Year’s Eve, our signature restaurant, Essence prepares for an unforgettable culinary fare in commemoration of the New Year celebrations. To start with, Essence served you with the wide variety of starters which includes the Heirloom, shredded burata cheese, basil pesto as well as the shaving pecorino. The well done starters are indeed delicious. But more to come with the juicy smoked black pepper duck breast with the sweet plum sauce where each mouthful of the duck comes with the moist and yet meltys in the mouth texture.Not just that, the fried calamari with the shredded cabbage which is available for the brunch in Essence comes with the crunchy munch which is so addictive.

Filled your tummy with the hot and sour soup at the brunch during New Year, while for the new year eve dinner, you are assured for the lovely shellfish bisque.

Coming next is the main course. The main course which assured you to enjoy till the fullest not just with their delectable spread that spans the globe with Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Malaysian and International favorites but they have a twist in their presentation to welcome 2015. The Mexican Ancho Chili Dry Rubs Salmon with cilantro and citrus mango salsa ( available during New Year Brunch). A twist of zestiness with the flaky salmon meat and light bites of spiciness is awesomely good. Not just that, chef had made the New Orleans Bay Oven Roasted Chicken Thigh with the coffee infused BBQ Sauce (available New Year Brunch) is so heavenly where the chicken thigh comes with the moist texture of chicken meat that made a great blend in their buffet. Every mouthful comes awesomely good and double thumbs up. The Slow Braissed Lamb Leg is well done on the black pepper udon and edame bean is a married between East and West. Fragrantly done with the juicy lamb leg in it.

Do not missed the spread of appetizing desserts which I bet it will melts your hearts. The desserts comes awesomely good with wide spread of lovely decoration desserts inclusive of the Royal Chocolate Banana Mousse Cake (available New Year Brunch) as well as Christmas Brownies and Minced Pie (available New Year Eve). Sweet temptations will assured you to enjoy till the fullest with their wide spread of buffet at Essence.
