SPARKLING NEW YEAR CELEBRATION @ MELTING POT & CROSSROADS, CONCORDE HOTEL KL

Another celebration approaches and our Chefs at Melting Pot Café having the final preparations done. Yes, it is the new year’s eve celebration, December 31, 2014. And there are more offerings to please everyone’s palate the next day, January 1, 2105.

New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner (December 31)
Bid adieu to 2014. Welcome 2015. Plan a great night out with a sumptuous meal followed by some great fun afterwards. A big meal everyone can enjoy on the eve. Tuck into Melting Pot’s myriad of local and international favourites.

Start with individually served cod fish Taiwanese style soup or mini dumpling soup. One of the popular section in the island buffet is the fresh display of oyster, tiger prawn, mussel and jumbo top shell. For mains, dishes such as braised wagyu beef cheek with vegetables, pan-roasted fish fillet and crabmeat paupiettes, lamb tandoori, lobster and scallop thick soup, chicken and prawn roulade with wild mushroom, laksa, sotong goreng berempah and udang masak gulai nenas. At the carving station, choose to have Peking duck or beef Wellington. For more seafood and meat selections, have our chefs prepare your favourite teppanyaki dish a la minute… nice to have when it is hot. There is something for everyone, from light to the heavy mains not to mention desserts. The New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner is priced at RM148.00++ per person.

New Year’s Eve Buffet Supper (December 31)
Here is another meal to enjoy after all that partying. Buffet starts from 11.00 pm till 4.00 am. A succulent supper buffet spread awaits. Amongst some of the popular specialities served include assorted dim sum, all time favourite – teochew porridge, prawn mee, mee bandung, mee mamak, steamboat delight, pancakes, yong chow fried rice, udang sambal, kari ayam and more.

Our live band strollers, Bergema 5 is back and diners can still sit, chill and listen to great tunes. Buffet Supper is priced at RM118.00++ per person.
