SANTA CLAUS REVEALS HIS MUST HAVE FOUR MAINS! AT SIGNATURE BY THE HILL

From the cold mountains of Sinterklaas and to the heart of Bandar Utama, the award winning chefs at Signature at The Roof is authorised by Saint Nicholas himself with a special menu for this jolly season.

The White Christmas menu is presented from the kitchen of Chef Boon and Chef Desmond; the iron duo that recently won honours at the astounding Malaysian International Gourmet Festival 2014. Live the finer things in life and indulge with your love ones from the choice of four favourite main as endorsed by Santa Claus.

The must have four mains of choice are braised turkey shank served with garlic mash and roasted winter vegetables, blackcod served with mushroom ragout and lemon butter herb, cajun ribeye served with Au Gratin and roasted winter vegetables and roasted leg of lamb served with mushroom ragout and mint yogurt sauce. Savour your experience further with the complimentary buffet of starter including leek and brocolli soup, balsamic chicken and mahi-mahi pasta salad and assortment of special Christmas desserts.

Experience your best dining with a view this jolly season at RM178++ (normal seating) on 24 and 25 December 2014. On new year’s eve, the menu is available from from RM198++ onwards.  

For partygoers, an exclusive party packages for the whole month of December is available from RM788++ onwards and qualify to win amazing prizes from Santa’s Lucky Box.
