An exceptional New Year’s Eve awaits those who come to Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Situated in the heart of Central, this legendary hotel provides an ideal setting for fun-filled celebrations, family get-togethers, or romantic evenings. Award-winning restaurants and chefs, luxurious rooms and suites, legendary service, along with a magical array of festive decorations make for an unforgettable experience.

Pierre will offer an outstanding two-Michelin-starred, French gourmet New Year’s Eve celebration. Guests will start with a glass of Dom Pérignon champagne and cocktail reception at M bar, and then move to Pierre for an extravagant Michelin-starred, nine-course dinner at HKD4,888 per person with entertainment provided by a live jazz band and a magical view of the Hong Kong skyline. Mandarin Grill + Bar’s New Year’s Eve celebrations will be available in two seatings. The first is from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, with a Michelin-starred four-course dinner, including a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc champagne, priced at HKD2,988 per person. The second celebration from 9pm to 1am will include a free flow of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc champagne with a decadent six-course Michelin-starred dinner with the accompaniment of a live jazz trio throughout for HKD3,988 per person. For those wishing to celebrate in the place that is referred to as Hong Kong’s most beautiful restaurant with stunning harbour views, Man Wah offers the perfect setting and a full à la carte menu of Cantonese specialties. A minimum of HKD2,988 on food and drinks per person applies.

A popular family tradition in Hong Kong is to welcome the New Year at the Clipper Lounge with a grand seafood buffet and a glass of ‘R’ de Ruinart champagne whilst enjoying live jazz between 9:30pm and 12:30am. Two seatings will be offered, with the earlier priced at HKD898 per adult and HKD418 per child. The second seating starts at 9pm, includes free flow of ‘R’ de Ruinart champagne, and is priced at HKD1,688 per adult and HKD758 per child. Meanwhile, those looking for a series of mouth-watering international dishes will find them at Café Causette, with its full à la carte menu and sumptuous table buffet for HKD698 per adult and HKD348 per child.

The revelry continues into the early hours at the Captain’s Bar, where a live band will perform after 10:30pm. Meanwhile, DJ P. Grant will be entertaining guests from 10:30pm until late night at M bar situated on the 25th floor. Entrance to M bar after 9pm is HKD488 per person, which includes a glass of ‘R’ de Ruinart champagne, much excitement, and amazing views over the city and beyond.

All-night revellers or early birds can enjoy breakfast at Café Causette anytime between 2am and 11am. Allow us to take care of the details and start the day invigorated.

Eat, drink, and have fun as you celebrate the first day of 2015. Mandarin Grill + Bar’s sumptuous Michelin-starred champagne brunch is a tradition when beginning the New Year.
