“LOBSTER MANIA” SEAFOOD DINNER BUFFET AT CAFÉ ALLEGRO OF REGAL KOWLOON HOTEL

Lobster has a fresh and sweet taste with bouncy texture, making it one of the best cooking ingredients among seafood. The Executive Chef of Café Allegro at Regal Kowloon Hotel has selected the premium lobsters and incorporated with other ingredients, presenting you a series of extravagant lobster dishes to satisfy your appetite!

Special highlights include the all-you-can-eat Chilled Boston Lobster and Yabby which give the most authentic flavour and freshness from the sea. Another must-try item is the Zucchini, Crab and Lobster Salad. The sweet lobster and crab meat are stir-fried to perfection and then stuffed into the crunchy Italian zucchini, forming a memorable delight. For the Lobster and Heart of Palm Salad in small jar, freshly-picked lobster meat is mixed with the heart of palm, a nutritious vegetable to offer a unique sensation. Seafood Cocktail has lobster as well as green asparagus and black flying fish roe, with lemon juice and olive oil to bring out the flavour. They are perfectly matched to stimulate your palate. Besides, the lobster main dishes are delicately made to excite every diner. The Braised Lobster Claw with Orange Saffron Sauce, claws are slowly braised to absorb the sauce which made with freshly squeezed orange juice and fragrant saffron to create an appetizing choice while the Stir-fried Lobster with Garlic and Spring Onion is made from the Chinese classic recipe. The lobster is stir-fried to golden colour and complemented by ginger, spring onion and garlic to further enhance the flavour of the meat. The Baked Lobster with Cheese is a delicious treat you shouldn’t miss. Creamy cheese on top of halved lobsters is baked to melt until golden brown crisp colour, stimulating both your perception and taste buds.

In addition, Vietnamese snacks like crispy Deep-fried Vietnamese Spring Rolls, juicy Sugar Cane Prawns and mouth-watering Butter Chicken Wings are also available in the Viet counter. The dinner buffet also features salad bar with over 20 kinds of vegetables (including organic and hydroponic vegetables) plus condiments and sauces, Japanese sushi and sashimi, Sichuan temptations, Sous Vide dishes, Indian curry and over 50 kinds of delicate desserts, chocolate fountain, freshly made waffles and popcorns. Don’t miss the chance to sample all the tempting choices in one go.
