Join the fun this year with Nosh with their new extravaganza promotion which will kick star from the month of December till middle of January 2015. The delights is assured you for a great dining with families and loves ones in Nosh with their set meal which is priced at affordable rate – RM 78 ++ per pax. The wholesome set comes with theirAmuse Brouche and a palate cleanser with it too.
NOSH
It is all started with the lovely Roasted Pumpkin and Sweet Soup where the pumpkin are being roasted till perfection for an hour and it is shimmered till smooth. It is then being served with the crunchy beef bacon bites as well as warm farm bread with it. Fragrantly done with the tip top creaminess in it, we love the perfect smooth texture of the delighting pumpkin soup.
NOSH
Another starter which is being served is the Smoked Duck on White Bean Toast where the toasted French Baguette with the Cannellini Hummus is being topped with the smoked duck breast and served with the carrot citrus salad. It is then topped with the olive oil and thyme dressing on top. The lovely starters are indeed well made with the blend of sweet and sour taste in it. As for the duck cheek, the meat comes pretty tender and juicy without any greesy blend in it.

For the mains, we are being served with the smoked sirloin with the roasted potaoes and crème of wasabi. The tea smoked beef slices is well marinated and it is then eing served with the fiercy wasabi and it is being served together with the roasted baby potatoes, beans, iringi mushrooms and lotus root chips. With the tea added into the smoked sirloin, the taste of the beef comes with the pugent blend. Nice one!

Cooked al-dente, the Kafir Lime Chili Prawn Pasta with Gremolato is as good as it should be . The prawns is well sautéed in chili and fragrant Kafir lime leaves, sweetened with the juicy tomatoes. Well pared with spaghetti, the awesome delights is then being topped with the crisp lemon and parsley gremolata. With the light spiciness in ut, the spaghetti is indeed brings us with the good combination.
NOSH
Besides having the extravaganza meals, we are also having the lovely desserts where Nosh is famed for. During the Christmas season, we are welcome with the Berry Bombe Alaska (RM 17) where the ice cream are being soaked in cherry liquor. We are indeed falling in love with the light fluffy merinque with the fire blasted with care. With the ala-minute preparation, the Berry Bombe Alaska comes with the seet and sour notes which comes in a blast.
NOSH
For those who are a chocolate lover, Volrhona Chocolate Mouse with the Citrus Flambe (RM 19) comes with the rich chocholoate in it. The mouse is difinate a tip top divine where it is made from the best chocolat, gently sandwiched by the nutty Florentine wafer. The wholesome bitter sweet chocolate comes to lofe with the Grand Marnier Citrus Flambe.

Sweet and cute as it is , the O X’Mas tree (RM 24) is not just serves right for little ones but is also touched our hearts with the beautiful presentation Non-alcaholic desserts, a tree of gingerbread star, chocolate profiterols, raspberry mousse, minty moussem, whipped cream, roasted alond slices, chocolate crumbles, chocolate sauce and bernes galore with lots of love. The desserts is absolutely the divine solution which brngs you with the sweet delights and every mouthful is superbly delicious.
NOSH
We ended with the Le Nude Minced Pie (RM 18) as it is well presented like a shooting star concept. Not just the presentation looks so beautiful which it had melted our heart but it s loaded with lots of brandy soused minced fruits. Laid to rest on the crumbly pie, I is well paired with the mascarporne ice cream with the shooting star.

Drop by to Nosh ! for an exciting Christmas meal which is definite to melts your heart.
