Bringing you a classy and yet amiable restaurant, Graze serve you with the modern European Cuisine which emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce and the finest cuts of meat. Its wood-accented interior is now cosier and more casual, less intimidating. The menu, a one-page fitting in everything from appetisers and soup to rice, pasta, main course, cuts of meat, side dishes and desserts, is very easy to understand.

Pique you e appetite with Graze’s exquisite festive meny in the al-fresco alike dining. Started off with their Caesar Salad where the romainane salad is being topped with the 62 Degree Egg which is soft and served together with the garlic briche and crispy beef bacon. The beef bacon is being butter fried before it is added into the salad. Mix them well together with the egg and it would give you a creamy blend of sensation with the fragrant eggy taste in it.
graze
Serving next us is the Carrot and Ginger Soup. The carrot and ginger is being blend together till it and cooked till it is velvety smooth and creamy. While sipping the soup, you can find the scent of fragrant blend ofginger taste ttogether with the bites of crusted chessnut in to it. I love the way how the soup is being seved where every mouthful brings us a unique blend of delights.

As for the steamed salmon, the roulade of salmon is well done with the lemon and dill together with the Spinach Mousse, Crab Tomato, and lIme Burre Blanc Sauce. The spinach mousse is indeed well done with the crab meat, tomato, and clives together with loads of butter mix into it. The salmon comes smooth with the fragrant texture of buttery sauce.

Aside from the salmon, you can pot for the Duo of Lamb. With the combination of the lamb rack and lamb loin, the dish comes supremely good with the added celeriac puree and served together with the generous amount of garden vegetables and garlic sauce. Nice one.
graze
We ended with the Rapberry Cheese cake. The cream cheese cake is being topped with the raspberry jelly on top. Served together with it is the vanilla ice cream which has a light blend of lemon zesty blend in it. Awesomely good !
