CELEBRATE THE FESTIVE SEASON IN CHAMBERS BAR & GRILL, HILTON KL

Chambers Bar & Grill offers an innovative grill menu of prime aged meat cuts or fresh seafood served on skewers cooked “a la minute” over lava stone, charcoal or on our “robatayaki” style grill annexed to the hotel’s stylish main bar & lounge. This year, Chambers Bar & Grill offers you with a romantic and yet classy delights to be enjoyed during your Chirstmas.

For this festive season, Chamber’s Bar & Grill brings you with their Seafood Robotayaki to start off your dining in the classy restaurant. The marinated Robatayaki prawn and baby squidto be served with the Horseradish sauce. The fresh prawns are well marinated and grilled till perfection with the flavourful blend of sweet sauce with it. The sweet and yet savory temptations comes with the light fragrance of the wasabi blend is indeed irrestible!

Next we had the serving of grilled Hokkaido scallops that comes in a pulpy with the sweet blend in it. It is served together with the goat cheese with the beetroot puree. The lovely creramy pureee brings you with the blend of creaminess to the dish itself bringing the thck tasteof the goat cheese in it.

Moving the main course, we had the grilled quail with the sautéed red cabbage and raisin. Served with the marinated yellow beetroot and plum sauce. The dish comes indeed special and the grilled quail comes with the flavourful taste in it. Uniquely done!

Turkey is something not to be missed during Christmas. The smoked turkey breast is being soaked into the seasoning. Then it is being rolled and cut into pieces. Served together ith it is the diced dried fruits and prune sauce together. It brings you the caramelized blend of smooked turkey breast.

We ended with the unique dessert which is the red wine poached pear with the blue cheese and gingerbread ice cream. The fragrantly done red wine pached pear comes sinfully good with the chef’s Christmas theme- Gingerbread Ice Cream is something special to try off in Chamber’s Bar & Grill.

The festival menu is priced at RM 228++ per person and available from the 1st till 31st December 2014 (excluding 24th December – Christmas Eve Dinner) and 25th December 201 ( Christmas Day)
