Chestnuts contain no cholesterol and very little fat, mostly unsaturated and no gluten. Egg yolk, sugar, water and gelatin are part of this wonderful delight. Chestnut mousse and whipping cream add the sweetness to this cake. This delight consist of four layers with vanilla sponge as the base and chestnut mousse filling in between layers. Keep it chilled overnight before decorating. Creamy chestnut puree is used to pipe interesting design on and beside the cake. Chocolate and festive decoration completes this toothsome dessert. A delight in every bite!
