A TOUCH OF PERANAKAN @ SALOMA THEATER RESTAURANT, CONCORDE KL

Savour mouthwatering Melaka Peranakan dishes today! From dainty top hats to tasty ayam pong teh, curry chicken kapitan, irresistible prawn and pineapple curry… and not to forget sambal belacan and cincalok. All these and more at Saloma Theatre Restaurant.

Chefs present dishes in tiffin carrier or hidang style. Each set consists of soup, four main dishes and dessert. Menu rotates on a daily basis. Sup itik tim (nyonya duck soup), bakwan kepiting (Chinese cabbage with chicken meat and chicken ball soup), heepio soup (fish maw soup with fish roll and cabbage) are some of the piping hot soup selections. Delicious mains include the popular ayam pong teh, ikan cili garam, udang lemak nenas, cincalok omelette, terung goreng cili, kangkong belacan and nyonya manis taucu tauhu amongst others. End the meal on a sweet note, so chef has lined-up bubur pulut hitam, sago gula Melaka and nyonya cendol.

Savour Peranakan meal today, served for lunch daily from 11.30 am – 2.30 pm. Each set is priced at RM38.00 nett per person. For reservations, please call 2161 0122.
