SPARKLING CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR AT HARBOUR PLAZA 8 DEGREES

Embraced by the splendid Christmas tree, festive gorgeous Christmas House and sparkling furnace, Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees gracefully reveals “Christmas & New Year Festive Dining Program”, sharing the joyful Christmas and New Year with your beloved ones.

Bar & Terrace – Christmas & New Year Set Dinner 
From now to Jan 1, 2015, a 5-course set dinner will be served at Bar & Terrace. Featuring from appetizing Assorted Seafood on Ice, Baked Lobster Truffle Bisque with Prawn, Pan-fried Crispy Foie Gras with Apple, choices of main course include Traditional Roasted Turkey Roll with Stuffing and Grilled Honey Ham in Cranberry Sauce, Grilled Beef Rib Eye Steak with Café de Paris Butter or Grilled Rack of Lamb with Rosemary Jus, to dainty dessert of Christmas Log Cake and Pudding or Homemade Warm Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream. All are set to surprise diners’ taste buds.

Café 8 Degrees – Christmas & New Year Lunch & Dinner Buffet 
From Dec 15, 2014 to Jan 1, 2015, our buffets feast about 70 kinds of festive delicacies. Starting from the sumptuous fresh seafood appetizers: succulent King Crab Leg, plump Oyster, subtly sweet Shrimp and Sea Whelk, Assorted Sashimi and Sushi, Steamed Scallop with Garlic, Roasted Spring Chicken with Duck Liver Sauce, Pan-fried Foie Gras with Black Truffle Sauce, Crabmeat and Pumpkin Cream Soup, Braised Vietnam King Prawn with Garlic Butter Sauce, Roasted Prime Rib of Beef and more. To name a few Christmas delicacies: Roasted Christmas Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce, Grilled Lamb Chop with Mint Yogurt. Highlight the festive season with desserts such as Christmas Chocolate Log Cake, Christmas Stollen and Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce, Bird’s Nest and Vanilla Beans Soufflé, sure to leave you an unforgettable experience.

On Dec 24 and 25, each dinner buffet guest will receive one complimentary Baked Lobster Thermidor with Foie Gras or Sashimi Platter.
