PARADISE INN @ SUNWAY PRAMID

September 13, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Located in Sunway Pyramid, Paradise Inn comes with the simple and charming interior but also brings us with the authentic yet affordable and comfort Chinese classic dishes. The restaurant brings us with lots of surprises this round where they have more to served and enjoy.
PARADISE INN
Started with Double Boil Water Goby with Fresh Apple Soup (RM42.90) where the soup is being double boiled where this is the Chinese techniwues which is being used to prepare a delicate dishes where the awesome one pot of soup is being boiled and steamed in another pot of water to ensure no loss of essence during the process. It is being served with the spare ribs flavours while their recipe comes balanced with the natural sweetness of appleas and water goby. It is such a hearty temptations to start off. This is also good for the lungs and claims to re-energise the mind too.

PARADISE INN
I love the Shrimp Paste Chicken – RM18.90 (S) RM27.90 (M) RM36.90 (L) which is well deep fried till perfection and you can taste the crispiness of the wings itself and also the juiciness of the shrimp paste. Not only that, it is well packed with flavours in it. I could say “Finger Lickering Good”.

PARADISE INN
One of the signatures which I would give 2 thumbs up is the Steamed Minced Pork with Salted Fish & Waterchestnut (RM18.90). The blending of minced water chestnut and minced pork together makes a good combination It is as good as it is and every mouthful is divinely good.

PARADISE INN
Crisp – Fried Crystal Prawns with Wasabi Mayo sauce (RM29.90 (S) RM44.90 (M) RM59.90 (L)) being one of the signature in Paradise Inn where it comes with a kick of wasabi hint in it; the wasabi comes fiercy hot and very appetizing. Best of all, these prawns were absolutely succulent and completely de-shelled!

PARADISE INN
Coming next is the Braised Vermicelli with Pork Trotters (RM19.90 (S) RM29.90 (M) RM39.90 (L)) is simply something to look for. The vermicelli was amazingly flavourful with the tender pork trotter. The taste is sinfully good with the deliciously done and every mouthful blend is simply awesome.

PARADISE INN
Mixed Fruit Salad with Tea-Smoked Duck (RM29.90) is something worth to try here. The duck is well smoked with the light blend tea mixed with combination of mustard sauce in it. The smoked ducks comes juicilicious with the healthy blend of fruit salad with it.

PARADISE INN
As for the Fried Scallop with Special Chilies (RM 33.90); the juici-licious scallop comes awesome and it is being deep fried till perfection. It is stir fried with the spicy peppercorn with it and I love the plup juiciness of the scallops that is being served with it. Nice!

PARADISE INN
The Stew “WuXi” Pork RIbs being the award signature dish is something to look forward in Paradise Inn. The pork ribs is being deep fried and it is then being slow cooked for 2 hours with the added white wine in it brings us with the fragrant and awesome taste. The delighting dish is simply awesome, and with the mantau served with it I would give two thumbs up!
PARADISE INN

Aside from the ala-carte delights, we had the Seafood with Spicy Homemade Sauce. Served together with an appetizers with the soup; it is indeed an appetizing and delicious.

= PARADISE INN
Fiercy Tender CHicken in “Kong Bao” Sauce (RM19.90++) where it is  filled with the kungbao aroma with the tender juicy chicken, the set is simply just good and lovely.
