“NATIONAL DAY FIREWORK DISPLAY” DINNER BUFFET AND ROOM PACKAGE AT THE HARBOURVIEW

On 1 October 2014, a firework show will light up both sides of Victor Harbour to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China. The Harbourview has delicately prepared “National Day Firework Display” Dinner Buffet and Room Package for you to enjoy a sumptuous feast along with the glittering firework display in a comfortable way.

The lavish “National Day Firework Display” Dinner Buffet features a rich selection of specialties incorporating Kagoshima A3 wagyu and Australian M6 wagyu. Highly recommended delights are Grilled Wagyu Beef with Daikon Salad and Yuzu Dressing, Wagyu Beef and Eggplant in Aged Vinegar, Braised Wagyu Cheek with Red Miso Sauce, Stewed A5 Wagyu Brisket and Curry Wagyu Beef Japanese Style. Under the spotlight is the aromatic and tender Grilled Kagoshima A3 Wagyu Beef prepared a la minute. The marbling of the beef will give you a deep satisfaction with its richness and fragrance, each patron will receive one complimentary serving of this dish. In addition, Wagyu Burger Steak will be served on alternative basis as one of the hot dishes in the buffet. Beef lovers will be pleased by the mesmerizing tastes of the above wagyu offerings undoubtedly.

What’s more, Wagyu Beef Sushi will also be served at the Sushi and Sashimi Counter to please your palate. Meanwhile, Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, Surf Clam, Herring and more sashimi selections are served at the counter on rotation basis. 8 kinds of seafood including New Zealand Oysters, French Edible Crabs and Canadian Rock Crabs are available in the jet-fresh Assorted Seafood Platter to further satisfy your appetite. Other food counters such as Grill Counter, Cheese Counter and Salad Bar are also available to tickle your palate. A range of mouthwatering desserts, such as Chocolate Layer Cake, Pistachio Gâteau and Baked Sago and Coconut Pudding are served at the Dessert Corner. Do remember to round up the meal with the sweet and smooth MOVENPICK Ice cream too, 8 tasty flavours are ready to make your sweet tooth perfectly satisfied!

Besides, on 1 October night, each buffet patron will be offered one complimentary dish of Braised Abalone with Shiitake Mushroom in Oyster Sauce and a glass of Sparkling Wine or Chilled Orange Juice. “National Day Firework Display” Dinner Buffet is only available on 1 October from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Prices of the buffet (on per-person basis) are: Adult: HK$498, Senior (65 years old or above): HK$458, Child (3 – 11 years old): HK$398. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and are not applicable to any discount privilege. Apart from the scrumptious feast, “National Day Firework Display” Room Package is also exquisitely arranged on the same day. The Harbourview, faces the world-renowned harbour, is one of the best venues for you to watch the spectacular firework display with your family and friends comfortably. One night accommodation in Full Harbour View Room will cost you HK$1,888 only, with a supplement of HK$300, your room can be upgraded to Executive Deluxe Room (Both rates are subject to 10% service charge). Privileges of the room package include complimentary late check-out at 3:00pm (subject to availability), complimentary breakfast buffet for 2 persons on the next day, free use of wireless internet service and free use of mini bar, you will also receive one complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and welcome fruit plate.
