FISH & CO @ PAVILION

September 14, 2014 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

Fish & Co does not need much recommendation where here you will be pampered with the family restaurant delicacies which promote in serving fresh seafood in pan. The restaurant inspiration comes from the simple practices of fisherman in Mediterranean who caught seafood fresh from the seas, cooked and ate the freshly cooked seafood immediately from the pan. Designed with a casual, nautical ambience, Fish & Co. restaurants, together with her friendly crew, are cheery, inviting and warm.

We started with some appetizers. The Grilled Calamari (RM 12.95) comes to our surprise that it is so delicious with the tangy texture of the squid. The blackend calamari rings is being topped with their signature butter lemon sauces with a healthier blend. It’s juici-licious calamari filled with the creamy taste and freshly done is so good which I can finish the whole plate on my own.

Coming next is The Blue Mussel with the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce (RM 12.95) where the fresh blue mussels are graciously prepares with the garlic and bytter sauce. The Award Winning temptations is something to look for when you are in Fish & Co ; where we assure that you will fall in love it it. Not just that, it comes with bread and dipped them into the sauce to fully enjoy the delicious item.

Being in Fish & Co, the must to try would be the New York Fish & Chips (RM 18.95). The all time favorite fish and chips are stuffed generously with the parmesan cheese and every mouthful comes creamy to me. Looking at the small portion, neverless it is so packed which I hardly can finish them.

Next is the Seafood Platter for 2 (RM 55.95) which is generously prepared and served on a big flat pan. The seafood platter comes big for sharing where it is packed with the grilled prawns, white fish, grilled calamari and aslo blue mussels in garlic lemon butter sauce. Served together with the paella rice and chips. The shrimps comes to our favorite where it is complete with juiciness in it. Not only that, the squid comes tangy with the fragrantful rice. Nice one!

Vongole Aglio Olio (RM 15.90) comes with the white clams and spaghetti and it is well toasted in the spicy aglio olio style. The aglio –olio cooked al-dente till perfection leaving the fragrant taste of the spaghetti. Nicely done!

As for the Seafood Spaghetti (RM 20.90); the dish comes with the awesome ingridients in it. The Seafood Medley which comes completely with the prawns, calamari and mussels together with the spaghetti with the hearty coriander tomato sauce.Nice combination.
