Famed on its Chinese Cuisine, Chynna had launched their luxurious Dim Sum promotion with 10 dishes at RM 168 ++. Using the premium ingridients, Chynna is indeed brings you the exclusive dim sum with the premium ingridients.
We started with the Steamed Shrimp and Bird’s Nest Dumpling and the Steamed Nanyang Chilli Paste with Coral Trout Fish Dumpling is simply a good one to try for. Starting with the Steamed Shrimp and Bird’s Nest Dumpling, the dumpling stand graciously and beautifully presented. The prawns comes so fresh and it is decently done with the generous portion of bird nest with it.
As for the Coral Trout Fish Dumpling; the silky pink color presentation is graciously done. The pinkish color delights with the wrap of garupa fish is it bring us with the sweet temptations and the fish comes flaky as well as juicy.
Comes next, is the Deep-fried Beancurd Roll stuffed with Marble Score 9 Wagyu Beef and Cheddar Cheese. The crispy temptations with the Score 9 wagyu beef is so awesome. The combination with the Cheddar Cheese with it brings us with the creamy texture and every mouthful is so divine with the creaminess as well as the fragrant temptations in it.
Deep fried till golden brown, you will be surprise with the Golden Roll Stuffed with Lobster, Black Truffle and Hong Kong Chives. The golden brown temptations is simply luxurious where it is hidden with all the quality ingridients includes the Black Truffle and also lobster meat in it. The lobster meat comes completely juicy and the black truffle had made a good match with the lobster.
As for the Honey Glazed Barbecue Chicken with Fluffy Chacoal Buns; it comes so fluffy as well as is a healthy combination. Not just that, the barbecue chicken is so awesome where every mouthful is sinfully good. It is so good and I love them so much.
Simply an interesting combination to try off – Carrot Juice Rice Rolls stuffed with Vietnamese Rice and Fresh Scallop. Served with 2 choices of two puree which brings a thick and creamy texture. The green pea soup together with the carrot puree is makes a food match with the Vietname Rice.
Not forgotten is the Oven baked Musang King Durian Tartlet filled with Custard Cream. Being a big fans of Durian ; this is indeed a killer to me. Instead of just a normal egg tart, they had refined them with the creamy Musang King to make the durian puree for the tart. Creamy texture with the complete fragranc of durian, each mouthful is simply heavenly.
After all the food, Chef made a twist on its desserts to end all the luscious dining with the Chilled Aloe Vera and Hawthorn Jelly. The sweet refreshing temptation is so nice and soothing is came at the right time to end our meals.
Oh ya , aside fro the delicious food here, look for the professional tea master where they served the tea with some kung-fu style indeed and they served the tea without any drop out of the cup.
