– Look at the Huge Claws-

Started with the highlights of the night is The Steamed Crabs. Well steamed till perfection leaving us with the sweet and flavourful meat. It is the most traditional way of having them and steaming the crabs can have us taste the pure sweetness of the meat. Nice!

Wok-fried Meat Crab with Salted Egg is another nice temptation which I usually love to order when having my crabs. Coated with salted egg together with some chilly leaves with it; the crabs comes flavourful and fragrant with the buttery salted egg taste. It is just so good where I am having my finger lickering good with the sauces and crabs.

Wok-fried Chili Meat Crab comes with a light kick of spiciness in it. Sweet and savory taste of the sauce, the crab remains its sweetness. Now I wanted my mantau for a dip with the sauce. It just comes on time, where I have my mantau dipped into the sauce, and the taste is just heavenly.

Next comes is the Kam Heong Crab. Filled with flavors in it; I would say it is one of my favorite the night beside the original flavored crab. The taste is well balanced with the aroma of the chilly and also the fragrant condiments with it. I am pampered here
