Coconuts and Pineapples are the seasonal fruit in summer. Café Allegro of Regal Kowloon Hotel recently introduces the new afternoon tea buffet, serving more than 20 tempting delicacies made from fragrant coconuts and sweet pineapples.

Start your meal with a refreshing salad and appetizer such as Avocado Pineapple Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, Thai Mango Pineapple Salad with Spice Garlic Dressing, Chilled Green Papaya and Fresh Coconut Salad, etc. All of them are presented with other seasonal fruits to provide you healthy and delectable choices. For main dishes, BBQ Spare Ribs with Pineapple consists of crispy spare ribs and fresh pineapples for your relish of appetizing flavours. Coconut perfectly matches with seafood. Red Curry Mussel & Coconut Milk and Roasted Shrimp with Coconut Milk are the typical selections and their tastes are further enhanced by the coconut milk to excite your palate in every bite.

Exquisite desserts are the must-try items in a buffet. Coconut Pudding and Pineapple Up-side-down Cake are full of sweet fruity smell while Pineapple Delight, Coconut & Pineapple Ice-cream are the best choices to beat the summer heat.
