SWISS-GARDEN HOTEL & RESIDENCES KUALA LUMPUR PRESENTS ITS “INTERNATIONAL RAMADAN BAZAAR” BUFFET DINNER

Tuck into an authentic Malay and International buffet with live cooking stations featuring Mixed Grills, Tandoor and Arabic cuisines at the Flavors Restaurant, Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur during the coming Ramadan month.

“Available from 30th June to 26th July 2014, the ‘International Ramadan Bazaar” buffet menu is all about showcasing the very best of local selections to all our guests. Our culinary team recommended more than 150 authentic Malay cuisines, and to add variety to the spread, we offer international and fusion cuisine such as Spaghetti Seafood Aglio-Olio, Salmon Fish Head Curry, and Thai Fried Kuey Teow, promising a truly unique culinary experience to your palate.” said Abdul Latib, General Manager of Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur.

To begin with, try our mouth-watering appetizers such as Acar Buah, Ulam-Ulam Kampong, Cendawan Tumis Cili Padi, Marinated Baby Octopus, as well as the Malay’s must-have – a variety of Kerabu and Serunding.

For main course, you may find a selection of Perak Beef Rendang Tuk, Ayam Goreng Serai, Ikan Senangin Belimbing Wuluh, Udang Sambal Petai, Tulang Rawan Asam, Daging Gulai, Bubur Lambuk and Hainanese Chicken Rice.

Showcased at the live cooking stations are delectable dishes like Roasted Whole Lamb, Grilled Stringray, Deep Fried Squid, Rojak Mamak with condiments, and other specialty, including the Malaysian must-try – Satay and the flying bread – Chennai (Roti Canai).

“This year, the culinary team of Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur add on an Arabic action stall, serving a collection of Arabian recipes including Nasi Briyani with Lamb Keema, Hummus with Hot Garbanzo Beans and Arabic Pita Bread, just to name a few .” he adds.

The International Ramadhan Bazaar buffet dinner will be priced at RM85++ per adult and RM40++ per children (below 12 years old); available daily from 30th June to 26th July 2014 at Flavors Restaurant, Level 1 of the Swiss-Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur. As a reward to our valued customers, Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur is offering Early Bird Vouchers at a discounted price of RM69 nett per adult. This promotion ends on 28th June 2014.
