Super Tanker food court is one of the food court which is famous among the Penangties. The food court is located near the market itself and they open from early afternoon as well as dinner time. This time around, we visited the food court in the evening .
Asam Laksa ( RM 4.00) is one of a MUST to eat when I am in Penang. I can go crazy of Asam Laksa in Penang but neverless the asam laksa here is pretty disappointing. Not in par of the asam laksa taste, the soup is slightly too saltish and not thick enough to my preference.
Satay ( RM 0.60 per skew) is nothing to special to shout about. The satay is pretty normal not juicy as I expected it to be and the peanut paste is not thick enough. The meat is not much tender and a bit dry too.
Char Koay Teow (RM 5.00)here is still good as it is. Well stir fried with the duck egg, shrimps, and other ingridients, the texture is pretty a good one to try off and enjoyed too.
Chu Cheong Chok comes well with the great portion of goodies in it. The porridge served hot with pork lard, pig intestine and more in it. If you are adventourous do try them.
