“SAJIAN MUSLIM BERSAMA MASTER CHEF FURAMA” RAMADAN BUFFET DINNER

Spices @ Furama restaurant located in Furama Bukit Bintang hotel is offering a sumptuous Ramadan buffet dinner prepared by Furama’s team of Malay Chefs highlighting local Malay dishes.  The buffet spread includes appetizers, Malay style chilli dips, pickles, crackers, salad bar, soups, slow roasted garlic thyme whole lamb, roasted chicken, grilled fish, roti canai durian, noodle station, western selection, tempting sweet desserts.  The promotion starts from 29 June to 27 July 2014, priced at RM79.90++ per adult and RM19.90++ per child aged four to 12 years.  Senior citizens aged 55 years above are given a 50 percent discount off the adult price.  During the first and last week of Ramadan, from 29 June to 6 July and 21 July to 27 July respectively, diners will enjoy a special offer of “Pay for 1, Free 1” based on adult selling price.

Among some of the main hot dishes are laksam Kelantan, assam laksa, mee udang, udang rendang kunyit, patin masak tempoyak, nasi dagang pantai timur, nasi kerabu, ikan masak tiga rasa, udang masak lemak nenas, daging masak bamiah, pari asam pedas Nyonya, kambing masala and many more dishes.

Spices @ Furama Brasserie provides a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where diners will be able to enjoy a fantastic view of the pool located on level 3 of the hotel.  The buffet dinner is served from 6:30pm to 10:30pm and all prices are subject to prevailing taxes.  For reservation, please call 03-2788 8983.
