FATHER’S DAY CELEBRATION AT HARBOUR GRAND HONG KONG

Father’s Day is the time to express the appreciation to your hardworking dad. A host of 5 star lavish delicacies will be presented by Harbour Grand Hong Kong for celebration, so that sons and daughters can show their love to their respectful fathers.

To please the taste buds of everyone, buffet makes the best choice. An affluent array of international delicacies awaits families of varying ages and culinary preference, from Chinese and Western to Japanese,Thai and India, plus loads of freshly shucked oysters, Alaskan crab legs, assorted sashimi and other seafood favourites. Added signature in June is a “Taste of Europe” Dinner Buffet. Come and sample a lavish European buffet which includes Smoked Fish with Horseradish and Pumpernickel, “Layer Salad” with  Leek, Ham, Sweet Corn and Cream Sauce, Gratin of Pork Tenderloin, and Boeuf Bourguignon and Coq au Vin with your beloved daddy.

Time: 12:00 – 15:00
Price: HK$388 per adult ; HK$268 per child

Father’s Day Dinner Buffet

Executive Sous Chef, Wong Kam Ki, has sourced exquisite ingredients to prepare the finest dishes for father’s enjoyment. Special highlights include Dried Canpoy Soup with Seafood, Roasted Chicken, Braised Bean Curd Sheet with Elm Fungus and Morel Mushrooms, Braised Mushrooms with Whelk in Abalone Sauce, Steamed Fresh Whole Giant Garoupa and Double Boiled Sweetened Papaya with Snow Fungus and Almond etc. Father’s Day Set Menus are available for 2-4 persons, 4-6 persons and 8-12 persons and are priced from HK$348 per person. Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge   



Chef has picked a handful of fresh ingredients for the preparation of 6-Course Father’s Day Set Dinner.Start with the Duck Breast with Pea Sprouts and Pancetta, Grain Mustard Soup with Apple Compote, Pork Belly with Scallops and Shallots. Followed by Cucumber and Gin Sorbet which refreshes your taste buds before proceeding to the main course Cod Fish Chop with Aubergine, Yoghurt and Five Spice or Beef Tenderloin with Aubergine, Yoghurt and Five Spice. To round up the meal, savor the Chocolate Cognac and Apricot together with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea.  Father’s Day Set Dinner is HK$628 per person.

Semi-buffet Lunch and Afternoon Tea Set are also available on Father’s Day. Semi-buffet Lunch is HK$338 for adult and HK$248 for child. Afternoon Tea Set is HK$318 for two persons and HK$198 for one.

Nagomi  



If your dad is a fan of Japanese cuisine, Nagomi is definitely the ideal choice for your celebration. Apart from a selection of set lunch from HK$ 260, Nagomi presents Karei Fish Set Menu during dinner period. Composing 7 courses, the HK$988 set features a variety of raw and cooked Karei, a flat white flesh fish of the flounder family. To maximize the festive joy, Sake promotion is also available for your celebration.
