Tomato is a healthy ingredient due to its high nutrition values such as potassium, vitamin C and lycopene which help the body defencing the harmful effects from the byproducts of oxidation, suitable for people looking for a healthy diet.

This month, our Executive Chinese Chef Tsang Chung Hong has created a variety of healthy dishes emphasising organic tomatoes and giant Australian tomatoes to present you the Healthful Tomato Feast at Regal Court. Highlights include Braised Tomato with Crab Meat and Sautéed Fresh Milk, the sweet Alaska crab meat and egg white with milk are served in a juicy giant Australian tomato plus a Japanese crab claw on top to satisfy your sensation in both taste and vision; Poached Fish Maw with Tomato and Dried Beancurd, Chef Tsang crafts the dish using the refreshing organic tomato as soup base with deluxe fish maw and the multi-layer beancurd, offering you superb enjoyment; Stir-fried Crab with Tomato and Curry Sauce, the homemade curry and organic tomato are selected to stir-fry with the crab, further enriching the crab’s flavour.
