Love is in the air this February in Empire Hotel Subang. Kitchen Art Brasserie is offering an attractive Valentine’s Day Western set dinner for the romantics. Surprise the special lady with a romantic candle-light dinner this Valentine at our cosy ambience that will make you fall in love again.
Couples will be spoilt for choice over with the six course dinner. The dinner starts with Marinated lobster salad with cream of scallop, toasted walnut and watercress dressing followed by an entrée which is nut squash cream soup with grilled roma tomato and pistachio crusted cod, boiled leek stick and apple chutney on light seaweed emulsion and before your main course, a Passion fruit sherbet will cleanse your taste buds. For the main course, guest can choose between Marinated Angus Beef fillet with Dauphine potato, beans ragout and cranberry reduction or pan seared chilli Red Grouper with Australian asparagus, grilled Portobello, William potato and yellow capsicum foam and end your meal on a sweet note – frozen chocolate mousse with cinnamon sweet cream, brandy snap and spiced carrot syrup.
This set dinner is available from 7pm to 10pm at RM328++ per couple inclusive of a rose for ladies and chocolate pralines.
If you are in the mood for dancing, move over to SHOUT Lounge’s Valentine’s Party and enjoy our Champagne Cocktail which is fresh orange juice with Reymos sparkling wine. Enjoy this limited offering, priced at RM32++ per couple from 7pm to 12am.
