XINJIANG COURT CHINESE RESTAURANT, KLANA RESORT SEREMBAN: DELICIOUS HALAL DIM SUM

January 5, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Food is always tempting me and it is time for indulgence of dim sum again in Klana Resort in Seremban. This time, we visited the chinese restaurant there where they are serving halal food. The XinJiang Court Chinese Restaurant is located at the first floor of the hotel and the restaurant seats 180 pax and has five private rooms.

In here, you can enjoy the little steamer baskets and saucers of dim sums which include steamed, braised or fried where they are served with picked clean. Dim sum chef Ho Tooi Kit, who painstakingly creates these little wonders with help from his kitchen team, serves up healthy and delicious dim sum made from fresh ingredients.

We started with some of their signature dim sum for this round. In here they serves us with the Steamed Prawn Dumpling (RM 8.00) which is juicy and delicious. Bringing the succulent juicy prawn wrapped together, it is simply give us the ala-traditional style of delights.
Price: RM 8.00

The deep fried mango seaweed roll (RM 7.50) is one of the signatures which is being served. The chopped mango with big prawn wrapped and deep fried

Next we had the deep fried cheesy prawn roll (RM 7.50). The cheesy prawn roll is being prepared with the fillings of mango and big prawns in it. It is then being deep fried till crispiness leaving us with the crunchy taste of crust and juicy sweet combination of mango and prawns.

Next we have the Shrimps Chee Cheong Fan (RM 6.50) which brings us with the soft texture and hidden with plenty of chopped prawns with it as well.

Aside, we had a lot of chef signatures which includes the Shark’s Fin Dumpling Soup (RM 11.00) with Scallop. Hot nutritious soup which is filled with flavors is indeed one my favorites too.

The traditional chicken siew mai with tender and juicy meat is available as well.

If you love chicken feet (RM 4.50), they do have the marinated chicken feat which is one of the signature item here too.

Other dim sum which we had are good and delicious. It’s taste is good which I simply love and the price is really affordable with the premium quality of ingredients.
