Celebrate in style and rekindle the love with your special someone this Valentine’s Day at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel. Our culinary team goes all out as they showcase you skillfully crafted menus especially for this lovely occasion for two.

On Valentine’s Day, treat your dear ones to a scrumptious and delightful 6-course dinner at our free standing Italian restaurant, Villa Danieli. If you have yet to visit Villa Danieli, get ready to be awed by its beautifully-set, rustic Tuscany villa with a warm and welcoming feel that creates the perfect ambience setup to ignite the romance in the two of you. Allow Chef Rajesh Kanna (Director of Culinary, restaurant and bar) and this talented team to whip up their meticulous creations on this special occasion. Start off your culinary journey with Poached Boston Lobster with Eggplant Tartar, Crispy Foie Gras Ball and Olive Tapenade. Whet your appetite further with Creamy Sweet Purple Potato Soup with Mint Pesto and Ricotta and Pear Ravioli with Smoked Celeriac Cream, Roast Walnut and Gorgonzola Cheese Mousse. Clear your palate with Chef’s Apple Basil Sorbet before indulging in the Australian Beef Tenderloin with Braised Cannellini Bean, Roast Root Vegetables and Chocolate Tarragon Beef Jus. End your meal on a sweet note as Chef Rajesh showcases one of his signature desserts, the White Chocolate Mousse on Sable Tart with Raspberry Coulisse Macadamia Nut Crumble and Yogurt Ice Cream – a treat sure to please the taste buds!

Creamy Sweet Purple Potato Soup with Mint Pesto 

This 6-course dinner is priced at RM488++ per couple. This special menu will only be available from 6.30pm to 10.30pm on 14 February 2014. Treat yourself to some fine wines paired with your dinner for an additional of RM120++ per person.

Alternatively, spread the love this Valentine’s Day and treat your loved ones to a special dinner buffet at our signature all day dining restaurant, Essence. What’s more, be pampered by over 150 sumptuous international and local delights, and watch as our master chefs steal the scene with a display of culinary craftsmanship at 9 live cooking stations. Look forward to irresistible dishes like Pan Seared Cod with Chili Crusted Coconut, Oven Baked Prime Ribs, Crusted Lamb Rack with Prune Marmalade and much more. What’s more, watch as our master chefs steal the scene with a display of culinary craftsmanship at 9 live cooking stations, magically conjuring local dishes at the Asian favourites counter and fire up the Western grill with the choicest steaks, or have your favourite pasta cooked to perfection and savour the premium selection of our fresh seafood bar as a wide selection of noodles is expertly tossed at the noodle bar. Finally, succumb to the decadent dessert spiral, an eye-catching work of art in itself. Indulge in sinfully divine sweet treats such as Coffee Cheese Mousse with Chocolate Creamy and Walnut Dacquoise, Red Velvet Cake, Ivory Cherries Jubilee Verrine and Strawberry Pistachio Breton.

The delicious buffet dinner spread is available on 14 February 2014, 6.30 pm to 10.30pm. It is priced at RM98++ per person (food only) and RM138++ per person for those who would like to enjoy limitless house wine.

With a seating capacity of 200 persons, Essence serves buffet breakfast daily from 6.30am to 10.30am, buffet lunch from 12noon to 2.30pm on and buffet dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm from Mondays to Fridays.

Villa Danieli opens for lunch from 12noon to 2.30pm from Mondays to Fridays, while dinner is served from 6.30pm to 10.30pm from Mondays to Saturdays. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
