Culinary Feasts at the Inn of Four Seasons (15 January to 14 February 2014)

The Lunar New Year celebration is only complete with traditional delights and auspicious symbolism.Indulge family, friends, business partners and colleagues wit h a hearty meal to welcome the Year of the Horse at Inn of Four Seasons as our award-winning Chef San Chong Chen presents authentic flavours in his new as well as signature creations. His new dishes reveal flavours that are rooted in Chinese tradition while creatively presented.

Choose from  Jellyfish Yee Sang, China Pear, Salmon Yee Sang to Abalone Yee Sang . Whilst our Chinese New Year reunion menu offers tantalising dishes such as  Braised Shark’s fin Soup with Bamboo Pith & Crab Meat, Stew Village Chicken with Scallops Sauce and Jelly Fish, Wok Fried Fresh Water Prawn with Superior Soya Sauce, Steam Red Grouper Fish with Ginger Soya Sauce, Braised Abalone with Flower Black Mushroom and broccoli and desserts such as Deep Fried New Year Dumpling, Chilled Sea Bird’s Nest Jelly with Sea Coconut and much more.

Our sumptuous reunion set menus which consist of a variety of these dishes are priced from RM 888.88+ per table of 10 persons. And don’t miss to take away our signature Roasted Crispy Duck with Pickle Ginger served with Barbequed Sauce, which is offered at RM 95.00 + per bird.

Also available for dine-in.Besides the Chinese restaurant, other outlets such as the Palm Terrace Coffeehouse is offering eastern themed  flavours  crafted especially  for this  New Year!  Reunion dinner with Yee Sang and Sashimi (30 & 31 January, 1& 2 February) only at RM 97+ per person.

The coffee house will be showcasing a brunch special on 31 January and 1 February which is offered at RM 75+ per person.
