AN ORIENTAL VALENTINE CELEBRATION

Holiday Inn Melaka is setting the backdrop for a romantic rendezvousthis Valentine’s Day with unique dining experience, pampering spa indulgence for two and a chance to win branded luxury jewelry.

The hotel’s concept dining outlet, Sirocco Italian Restaurant is offering an oriental themed candlelight dinner in-conjunction with ‘Chap Goh Mei.’ Couples will get to rekindle the love in a romantic environment adorned with lanterns and Chinese New Year ornaments while indulging in the specially prepared Oriental- italian fusion menu.

“This year’s Valentines falls on the 15th day of Chinese New Year or chap goh mei, which is also locally known as the Chinese Valentine’s Day” said Mr. Eric Ong, the hotel’s Marketing and Communication Manager. “Hence, we are offering a special fusion dining experience to coincide with the double celebration” he added.

The 5-course dinner menu will be featuring unique fusion dishes such as Peking Duck Crepe and Spice Crusted Scallop with Mango Salsa and Clear Chicken consommé with Prawn Wantan. This exclusive dining offer is available for RM125.00++ per person on the 14th Feb 2014. Couples will also receive a heart-shaped chocolate praline and a glass of sparkling wine. What’s more, it will be unforgettable celebration of one lucky couple who will walk away with a Crystal Pendant Necklace made by Swarovski Elements, sponsored by Garden of Dazzles Jewelry from Mahkota Parade Melaka.

For couples who are looking for a much more casual dining experience, its all day dining restaurant – es.sense kitchen is offering a Valentine’s themed buffet dinner called ‘Love is in the Air.’ For only RM78.00++ per person, diners will be treated to a delectable buffet line featuring local and international favorites.

The hotel’s wellness centre – Tea Tree Spa is also offering a special tailored package for couples who are looking for a relaxing and healthy way to celebrate the occasion. Its ‘Let There Be Love’ package includes of a relaxing footbath, a soothing Hibiscus body scrub, a rose and milk bath and ends with a relieving aromatherapy massage. Offer is available for RM415 per couple or RM265 per person throughout February. The spa is also giving away a limited branded body care set for couples who sign up to the package.
