KUALA LUMPUR CUPID: INTERCONTINENTAL LAUNCHES VALENTINE’S DAY DINING EXPERIENCES IN THE HEART OF THE CITY

Love is in the air at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur, with the hotel playing host to a range of romantic Valentine’s Day dining experiences at its refined eateries.

Honouring the universality of love, the esteemed Serena Brassiere will be showcasing the finest foods from around the world with an international seafood buffet priced at RM 128++ per adult or RM218++ per person inclusive of one glass of champagne.

Guests will be treated to dishes such as Tabbouleh Salad with Chick Peas and Smoked Chicken Breast, Creamy Smoked Salmon Soup with Garlic Bread, Herb Crusted Seabass Fillet with Lobster-Corn Bisque and Oven Roasted Vegetables and Potatoes with Rosemary Jus.

Exquisite dishes from around Asia are also available such as Saffron Rice Salad with Seafood, the finest quality sushi and sashimi, Steamed Tom Yam Prawns, and Indian-style Lamb Shank.

InterContinental Kuala Lumpur’s signature Japanese restaurant Tatsu will be offering guests a truly intimate Valentine’s Day dinner, with a menu comprising the highest quality cuts of salmon and tuna sashimi, Steamed Egg Custard with Foie Gras, Cod Fish and Mushroom Teppanyaki, Inari sushi and a whole host of other authentic Japanese favourites priced at RM 214++ per person.

Stylish OneSixFive lounge and bar will be hosting a decadent Valentine’s Day Afternoon High Tea priced at RM75++ per person, or for those who really want to spoil their loved ones, RM135++ per person with additional champagne served with accompanying berries  and chocolate.

Available over the romantic weekend from February 14th  to 16th, guests will be treated to a lavish spread of indulgent desserts, including Vanilla Cake with Buttercream, Raspberry Creme Brulee, Fresh Berry Napoleons, Lemon-Blackberry Mini Tarts, Panna Cotta di Casa, Strawberry Cupcakes, Scones with Double Cream and Homemade Strawberry Jam, and an opulent Opera Slice and, Chocolate Ganache and Gold Leaf.
