Japanese and Korean food is always an all-time favourite cuisine in Hong Kong. Café Allegro of Regal Kowloon Hotel is going to present “Japanese X Korean Afternoon Tea Buffet” with a huge array of authentic delicacies from Japan and Korea to excite your discerning taste buds.
You can experience popular Japanese dishes here including Spicy Conch, Eggplant with Miso, Pan-fried Japanese Dumpling and Roasted Chicken with Teriyaki Sauce, etc. Besides, traditional Korean specialities such as Kimchee, Korean Fried Rice Pudding and Korean Fried Stuffed Eggplant, etc are provided to whet your appetite.
In addition, our pastry chef selects the finest ingredients from Japan and Korea to prepare assorted enticing desserts for your enjoyment. Brown Rice Cookies with Korean Strawberry Jam is the perfect choice to taste the freshness of Korean strawberries while Okinawa Brown Sugar Crème Brulee is a typical pick for you to try the pleasant flavour of brown sugar from unpolluted Okinawa.
