HARBOUR RESTAURANT PRESENTS “CHOCOLATE SEDUCTIONS” AFTERNOON TEA BUFFET

Starting from 1 February 2014, a new afternoon tea buffet themed with “Chocolate” will be served at Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview. Featuring a divine array of chocolate specialties, the buffet is sure to satisfy the cravings of all chocoholics!

“Chocolate Seductions” Afternoon Tea Buffet incorporates Lindt chocolate, one of the world-renowned Swiss chocolate brands, and Belgian chocolate to craft a luxurious chocolate feast. A not-to-be-missed delight is the Lindt Chocolate Truffle Cake with Gold Foil, it has a velvety smooth and rich texture, while its long lasting fragrance will delight your taste buds absolutely. Another highlight is the innovative Ginger Lemon and Mango Cream in Chocolate Cup. On top of the crispy Belgian chocolate cup is a freshly blended cream made with white chocolate, ginger, lemon and mango juices, bringing you a refreshing taste with a hint of moderate spiciness. Other highly recommended sweet offerings are the tempting White Peach Chocolate Mousse Cake and Chocolate Waffle, the former’s white peach is imported from Japan, while the latter is prepared a la minute and could be complemented with Orange Chocolate Sauce or Champagne Chocolate Sauce. Furthermore, Chocolate Brownie, White Chocolate Mousse, White Forest Cake and more are also delicately prepared for you to enjoy the irresistible flavour of Chocolate.

Apart from the chocolate desserts, the buffet also serves aromatic and crunchy hot dishes such as Crispy Pork Belly with Belgian Champagne Chocolate Sauce and Deep-fried Fish Fillet with Cuttlefish Sauce, both are perfectly fit for tangy food lovers. Other must-tries are lively cooked Laksa with Prawn, Assorted Sushi and Sushi Roll, various Salads and a range of lovely desserts, including MOVENPICK Ice Cream, Cream Puff, Red Bean Bread Pudding, Chocolate Fountain and more are unlimitedly served to please your sweet tooth.

Indulge in our “Chocolate Seductions” Afternoon Tea Buffet to sample a lavish feast of Chocolate from February onwards! Available from 3:30pm to 5:30pm on every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, the buffet costs HK$138 per person only (same price for adult and child)!
