We started with the Paradise Prosperity Yu Sheng with the options of salmon or jelly fish. The Yu Sheng serves in a big bowl with the fresh condiments with it. Toss your prosperity, wealth and luck this year in Paradise Inn with their Yu Sheng. You can opt for a choice of Jellyfish and also Salmon. The Yu Sheng with Jelly fish are priced at RM48++( regular) and RM 68++ ( for the large ) . As for the Yu Sheng with Salmon, it is preced at RM 59++( regular) and RM88++(large). Customer can had their Yu Sheng for additional add ons which is Salmon at RM 16++,Jelly fish at RM 12++ or Pok Chui at RM 3.90++

After having the yu sheng, we get a try of their Paradise Fortune Pot. The paradise fortune pot is well served in a big claypot. The 16 delightful ingredients is well layered with the superb ingredients which includes Abalone, goose feet, fish maw, sea cucumber, scallops, crystal prawns, Chinese dried oysters and more. All in one bowl, with the abalone sauce inside, it makes the soup thick and flavorful. I love the huge scallops and the also the abalone which is juicy. The soup brings us with the flavorful thick broth but what i love is also the hidden jewel beneath the big pot which is the braised pork. The three layered pork meat which is soft and melts in the mouth. As for me, I am not a goose feet person, but I love the flavour of the goose meat bringing a soft texture of the meat.

We also tried one of their signatures which is the Crisp Fried Crystal prawn with Salted Egg Yolk as well as wasabi. The fresh prawns is being deep fried till golden brown and it is then being breadcrumb and coated with the savory sauce of wasabi for some prawns and some is coated with the salted egg. Sinfully delicious where I love the creamy taste of the salted egg yolk which is coated on the prawns.  It is such a flavorful delights to try off .

We ended with the Sliced Ginger Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage. The well-cooked flavorful rice is simply appetizing with the Chinese sausage with it. It is such a nice combination to try off and we really enjoyed the rice itself. The rice brings us the fragrant taste from the Chinese sausage which is good as well where each mouthful of it is filled with plentiful of the minced chinese sausage. Yummz.
