CELEBRATE CHINESE NEW YEAR WITH THE NOMAD SU CASA ALL SUITE HOTEL

With Chinese New Year around the corner, The Nomad SuCasa All-Suite Hotel’s culinary team presents a Prosperity Reunion Chinese New Year Buffet DInner for guests to celebrate
with family and friends.

The Chefs presents you a scrumptious buffet that will leave you craving for more. To begin the meal,‘Loh Hei’ to all things good with Prosperity Yee Sang with sliced Salmon, before indulging in Crab Meat Soup, Lotus Root & Yam, Fried Chicken with Orange & Honey Mango, Four Seasons Vegetables, Pineapple Fried Rice, Grilled Scallops with Steamed Broccoli, Roasted Leg of Lamb, Steamed Seabass with Ginger Chilli & Coriander and many more.
To end the meal, tuck into Sweetened Red Bean Cream with Lotus Seed, Chilled Mango Puree with Pomelo Sago and Sea Coconut with Dried Longan & Herbs.

For me, I love the pineapple fried rice which comes with delicious flavors and also the grilled scallops which it juicy as well. The buffet spread is pretty extensive for Chinese New Year.

The Chinese New Year Prosperity Reunion Dinner is available on 29 and 30 January 2014 from6:30 pm until 10:00 pm and is priced at RM60.00+ per adult and RM38.00+ per child and per senior citizen. Early Bird Vouchers are available for sale.

The hotel will also be having a Lion Dance performance with acrobatic stunts followed by Yee Sang tossing on 8 February 2014 at 10:00 am at the lobby of the hotel.
