CHOON PRAWN MEE HOUSE, TAMAN PARAMOUNT: A PLACE FOR MY PRAWN MEE FIX

December 25, 2013 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review 1 Comment

A new place for a Penang style Prawn Mee fix. Choon Prawn Mee is located at Taman Paramount and it is located at the same row as the O&S restaurant. Choon Prawn Mee, nothing special to shout about on its decoration where the simple alike normal kopitiam but focusing more on its food.

One of the signatures is the Prawn Mee of course. Bringing the authentic taste of the prawn mee with scrumptious of ingredients which includes a huge prawns on top is definite to appetite us. The thick prawn broth which is filled up the yellow noodles and bihun, and the bowl of prawn mee is garnished with Water Spinach, beansprout, eggs and more. Topped with the chilly together, the taste is just perfect and something we love about it. Besides prawn, you can choose to have with pork tail, pork intestine, or even prawns with additional charges
Price: RM 11.50

Besides having their signature prawn noodles, we also try their Penang style Chee Cheong Fan. Filled with the prawn paste and sweet paste on top, the chee cheong fan is just perfect. Soft texture noodles and cut into pieces with the generous portion of sauce on top. It is drizzled with the sesame seeds on top as well.
