With Christmas and New Year around the corner, The Nomad SuCasa All-Suite Hotel’s culinary team presents Christmas and New Year Menus for guests to celebrate with family and friends. Christmas Eve Set Dinner The Chefs presents a Four-Course Dinner that will leave you craving for more. To begin the meal, tuck into a mouth-watering dish of Grilled Endive with Olives, Rocket Salad, Fragrant Pear and Smoked Duck with Honey and Grape Sauce followed by an interesting tongue tingling Carrot Pumpkin and Orange Soup served with Coriander Croutons.
For the main course, one can opt for the Christmas favourite, Classic Roasted Turkey with Thyme, Potatoes, Grilled Tomatoes served with Cranberry Sauce or the Grilled Dover Sole with Clarified Butter and Dill Herbs and Lemon. To end the meal, tuck into Christmas favourites such as Christmas Plum Pudding with Creamy Butter, Poached Pear in Red Sauce and Minced Pie.
The Christmas Eve Set Dinner is available on 24th December 2013 from 6:00 pm until 10:30 pm and is priced at RM60.00+ per adult and RM38.00+ per child and per senior citizen. Christmas Day Buffet High Tea. The Christmas Day Buffet High Tea features over 15 dishes that have been specially crafted to spoil guests. Indulge in Traditional Roasted Turkey with Stuffing served with Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Leg of Lamb with Polenta and Grilled Root Vegetables, selection of Crispy-Fried Prawns, Calamari and Fish Fillets served with Lemon and Butter Sauce, Chicken Pie and much more. Yuletide desserts such as Christmas Pudding, Apple Crumble and more are served to complete a memorable Christmas meal for diners. The Hotel has also prepared some entertainment for its diners with includes a clown, santa himself and his santarinas. The Christmas Day Buffet High Tea is available on 25th December 2013 from 1:30 pm until 5:00 pm and is priced at RM55.00+ per adult and RM30.00+ per child and per senior citizen.
New Year Eve Buffet Dinner
The Nomad Bistro is an ideal place to usher in 2014! Be spoilt for choice as the culinary team has prepared a scrumptious menu for this year end celebration.
