REVEL IN DIVINE BRUNCH FARE AT SHERATON IMPERIAL KUALA LUMPUR THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

This festive season, gather your friends and family for a warm and intimate brunch with a difference at Pavilions Lounge and Essence. Our fabulous culinary team is set to present you a variety of celebratory menus to get you in the spirit of the holiday season!

On Christmas Day, make your way to Pavilions Lounge and wake up to limitless cocktails, mocktails and hors d’oeuvre. Indulge in delectable canapés especially crafted for this brunch occasion including Roast Beef with Tomato Chutney on Brioche, Cajun Chicken with Prune Salad on Whole Wheat Bread and Otak-Otak with Tomato and Pickled Cucumbers on White Bread. Diners can also look forward to a variety of egg dishes such as Poached Eggs with Apple Sabayon, Mumbles Egg with Tomato and Chilli Compote and Pan Fried Foie Gras with Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette and Poached Quail Eggs. Alternatively, check out the oyster station where your host will unlock fresh oysters before you, to go with your choice of shallot vinegar, Tabasco sauce, lemon wedges and watercress sandwiches.

Over at our signature restaurant venue, Essence, guests will be warmly welcomed by more than 100 mouth-watering local specialties as well as international dishes! In line with strengthening ties and bonding of friendships, we revive this meal occasion with classic and contemporary brunch dishes such as Lobster, Avocado Salsa and Kumato with Spicy Chilli Honey, Roast Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Prime Rib of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, Horseradish sauce with Roast Potatoes and Light Mustard Jus, Fish Head Curry, Tandoori Chicken, Stir Fried Fish Fillet with Black Bean Sauce. And if that is not enough to whet your appetite, we recommend that you check out our noodle corner, the Sushi bar and much more.

No holiday is complete without tempting desserts. You will not be disappointed with the wide

array of sweets the culinary team has crafted for this special occasion. Tantalise your taste buds

with festive delights including Pistachio Raspberry Yule Log coated with White Chocolate,

Grandma’s Minced Pie, Christmas Pudding with Vanilla Sauce and more.

The Christmas brunch is priced at RM188++ per person (food only) and RM368++ per person for those who would like to enjoy bottomless sparkling wine, draughts beers, white wine and red wine. As the lights dim, creating a sensual yet cozy ambience, eyes float above the bar to the lobby’s dramatic centerpiece. The intimate and charming Pavilions Lounge is an inviting evening retreat for an aperitif or a nightcap, serving a full selection of international beers, acclaimed champagnes, fine wines and premium spirits for every occasion. The gentle flow of cascading water above is a soothing backdrop to your early evening. Later in the night, our talented musicians will perform repertoire of popular tunes and evergreen favourites that add a dash of sophistication to your rendezvous.

Pavilions Lounge is open daily from 10am to 1am for a selection of light fare and hors d’oeurves. Enjoy English afternoon tea with our premium tea brand, TWG tea on Mondays to Fridays from 2pm to 6pm. For evening drinks and Happy Hours, it is open daily from 5pm to 9pm. In addition, with every purchase of a Carlsberg draft beer (RM 24++ per glass) and you will get a second one for free at Happy Hours. With visual drama and theatrics thrown in for its interior and food preparation, diners are guaranteed a feast not just for their appetites but their taste buds and eyes too! Against a stunning backdrop of bright eclectic colours ranging from flashy red and trendy black to warm orange and yellow hues offset by a blog hand-laid mosaic wall, the modern and vibrant ambience of Essence is a burst of fresh energy which promises to invigorate all dining experiences – from casual meals and friendly get-together to business meals and gourmand explorations.

With a seating capacity of 200 persons, Essence serves buffet breakfast daily from 6.30am to 10.30am, buffet lunch from 12noon to 2.30pm from Mondays to Fridays and buffet dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm from Mondays to Fridays
