On Christmas Day, make your way to Pavilions Lounge and wake up to limitless cocktails, mocktails and hors d’oeuvre. Indulge in delectable canapés especially crafted for this brunch occasion including Roast Beef with Tomato Chutney on Brioche, Cajun Chicken with Prune Salad on Whole Wheat Bread and Otak-Otak with Tomato and Pickled Cucumbers on White Bread. Diners can also look forward to a variety of egg dishes such as Poached Eggs with Apple Sabayon, Mumbles Egg with Tomato and Chilli Compote and Pan Fried Foie Gras with Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette and Poached Quail Eggs. In addition, with every purchase of a Carlsberg draft beer (RM 24++ per glass) and you will get a second one for free at Happy Hours.
