TAI LEI LOI KEI, KOTA DAMANSARA

August 23, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

Tai Lei Loi Kei is one of the MUST VISIT if you are in Macau. And being to be one of the famous eatery in Macau, they had venture out to Malaysia. The restaurant had branched out to many different outlets in Klang Valley and we have ours at their new branch located in Kota Damansara. Working around PJ, it would be a great choice of place now for me to dine Tai Lei Loi Kei as I do not need to travel a whole long way down to KL for the pork burger.

Tai Lei Loi Kei (澳門大利來記豬扒包) is the famous cafe at Taipa Village of Macau since 1968 and it has been serving the Signature Pork Chop Bun everyday to thousand of people. Queues can often be very long, a testament to the popularity of this long standing eatery with locals. And now, we can enjoy Tai Lei Loi Kei in Malaysia without going to Macau now.

We started with the Polo Pork Chop Bun where the pork chop bun is perfectly made with the light sweetness of the polo bun itself. Stuffed with the juicy pork, it is just perfectly delicious. Each bites of the pork are well prepared with the deliciously made. You can purchased them together with a drink ( coffee and tea) together as well.
Price: RM 13.90 (set) 11.90 ( ala-Carte)

Signature Pork Chop Bun is where the pork chop is being served with their signature bun with it. The bun brings a slight saltiness and the bun is slightly hard compared to Malaysian bun. It is very perfectly good to taste them together as the pork chop had made a good mix to the bun itself if those who does not prefer sweet bites.
Price: RM 13.90 (set) 11.90 ( ala-Carte)

Supreme Pork Chop Rice is just good for rice lover. You can also complete your meal with the pork chop added with the sunny fried egg on top. It is just lovely to be enjoyed and I love the texture of the pork itself. With the curry sauce which is added in to it, it makes it even more delicious.
Price: RM 14.10(set) 12.10 ( ala-Carte)

I am falling in love with the noodles here. The bouncing noodles which is perfectly prepared is just my favorite. The springy noodles served together with the pork chop is indeed lovely and delicious. Served together with the pork chop is making my meals filling too.
Price: RM 13.90(set) 11.90 ( ala-Carte)

Instead of having pork chop with your noodles, you may opt to accompany your noodles with the chicken wings instead. The chicken wings is well marinated with the sauce.
Price : : RM 11.30(set) 9.30 ( ala-Carte)

The Macau Curry Fish Balls is just perfect for fish balls lovers. Bouncy fish balls is well infused with the curry powder taste with it is sinfully good. Not too spicy but the aroma of the curry is what I love the most.
Price: RM 7.90(set) 5.90 ( ala-Carte)

Sawdust Cake Dessert is the only desserts which is available in Tai Lei Loi Kei. The cake has a layer of ‘sawdust’ which is basically crushed tea biscuits. It is not really sweet but it is really addictive .

Price: RM 3.50 ( with value set)/ RM 5.50 ( ala carte)
