A TRULY EXCITING “BUKA PUASA” AWAITS DINERS AT KEMBALI KITCHEN, BEST WESTERN PREMIER

Ramadan Al-Mubarak is the holy month of fasting for Muslims. It is a time where the entire Muslim community comes together to share with each other’s joy, happiness and blessings.

In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, our brigade of chefs led by Executive Chef Jaffery Othman will take you on a gourmet journey with a myriad of mouthwatering traditional Malay cuisines for your dining indulgence. 4 rotation menus featuring a repertoire of traditional favourites and home-recipes such as Roasted Whole Lamb, ‘Sup Tulang Rawan Dengan Kentang,’ ‘Daging Rendang Tok Perak,’ Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables with Oyster Sauce, ‘Udang Galah Lemak Cilipadi Dengan Nenas,’ ‘Kambing Rusuk Kicap Berempah Hitam Manis, ‘Ikan Bakar Berkuah Mentega,’ ‘Candawan Tumis Dengan Sayur Hijau,’ and lots more await diners.

Apart from traditional Malay cuisine of over 60 sumptuous dishes ranging from appetizers, ulam-ulam & salads, main courses, carving stalls, noodle counter and desserts corner, don’t miss our chefs in action at the action stalls. With the elaborate counter displays of food, diners are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining at Kembali Kitchen this Ramadan.

– Desserts-

Besides offering assortment of tantalizing delicacies, the feast boasts live ‘ghazal’ performance by Arawsa Band. For the convenience of our Muslim guests, the hotel also has prayer rooms for diners to perform the Maghrib prayer.
Kembali Kitchen ‘buka puasa’ menu starts from 9 July 2013 to 8 August 2013 from 7.00 pm to 10.30 pm. Prices are RM 98.00 nett (adult) and RM 49.00 nett (child).

Located on the 1st floor of the hotel, Kembali Kitchen is a chic, contemporary yet warm atmosphere combined with soothing background music and perfect theatre-style lighting. Kembali Kitchen emphasizes on delivering the highest culinary standards, where dining is about far more than food.

Kembali Kitchen is open seven days a week from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm.
Breakfast: 6.00 am to 10.30 am
Lunch: 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm
Dinner 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm
Weekend High Tea: 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm
