Agehan Japanese Restaurant is located at Level 1A of Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam and it is run by Japanese Master Chef, Eiji Tokuda with co-supervision of Chef Azmi Md. Sidek as Executive Chef and we have the opportunity to try the delicious menu which is being prepared by the chef. The restaurant has a few private rooms where big groups of friends can enjoy themselves in the rooms too.

We are being served with the bento set which comes with the chicken, grilled saba fish, and vegetable tempura. The portion which is being served to our table are quite a large one with two pieces of freshly grilled saba fish. I love the fish so much with the tender chicken karage which is being served together.
