Want the variety in your meal but worried that you might overspend? Now, at Si Chuan Dou Hua, the All You Can Eat promotion offers you 65 mouth-watering dishes for a reasonable price.

For RM45++ only per person and applicable for a minimum of two persons, enjoy a fine dining experience in the comfort of contemporary yet elegant Si Chuan Dou Hua as you indulge in 65 authentic Sichuan and Cantonese dishes. A menu specially crafted by Executive Chef, Gary Lim, savour a variety of dishes prepared with chicken, seafood, bean curd, beef, rice, noodles, as well as choices of dim sum. Among the recommended dishes by Chef Gary are cold dishes like Marinated Chilled Cucumber and Chilled Chicken in Spicy Bean Paste. If you are unable to decide on which soup to slurp, the Spinach Soup with Seafood and Minced Chicken Soup with Bamboo Piths will be healthy choices.
Moving on to the main course, savour the Deep-fried Chicken with Thai Sauce. Should you wish for a more spicy option, the Diced Chicken with Spicy Dried Chilli will be the perfect match for you. For a fishy affair, the Steamed Seasonal Fish with Sichuan Tau Pan Sauce promises an authentic experience as the Tau Pan Sauce is specially imported. The Hot and Sour Bean Curd Shrimps and Scallops with Minced Garlic and Chilli (Sichuan style) will definitely add to the variety of your meal. Vegetarians will appreciate the wellloved Bean Curd with Spicy Minced Meat Sauce.
For a non-spicy alternative, vegetable dishes such as Stir-fried French Beans with Minced Meat are available. However, a sure way to set your palette on fire is the Diced Beef with Spicy Dried Chilli. If you area noodles fan, be sure that the Minced Chicken Noodles in Chilli Oil is among your options. As for the dim sum choices, the Baked BBQ Chicken Puffs,Wok-fried Radish Spinach Cake and Shanghai Minced Meat Bun with Superior Stock
are sure to keep your appetite going for more.
For dessert, Si Chuan Dou Hua’s signature Homemade Fine Bean Curd with Wolfberry is truly divine to the taste buds. For a different experience, have a go at the refreshing Chilled Fruit Rojak. Bing Pei Pumpkin and the traditional Chinese Pancake will be able to keep your tummy smiling as well.
Prepared by two experienced Chefs – Wang Yunghai from Sichuan, Chinese Chef Chew Chee Kuong and their talented team, the All You Can Eat dishes are prepared a-la minute to maintain the freshness and       taste of the dishes.
The All You Can Eat dining experience at Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant is made memorable by the Tea Connoisseur who presents the humble act of tea art. With a metre-long nose bronze tea kettle, he combines the skills of Chinese martial arts, dance and gymnastics to perform elegant tea-pouring moves. Every cup of tea is special, whether you are sampling the restaurant’s signature Eight Treasure Tea orother blends such as Flower Tea or Oolong Tea.
