Is Burger time again and this year, Chef Chew Teik Chye and his team member will showcast their six new Sandwiches, Burges and Wraps to us. Armada Hotel had surprises us not only on their buffet spread which I fall in love with their Satays and now they surprise more with Burger for this round. This round the Chef had comes out with 6 new sandwiches, burgers, & wraps. Using the freshest ingredients, these wholesome gourmet burgers are specially prepared to showcase an assortment of flavors from around the world. It is time for BURGER craze.

– Classic Texas Beef Burger-

– Classic Texas Beef Burger-

Starting with the classic Texas Beef Burger, the burger itself is simply a big portion which is almost a foot tall and it is being served with the scrumptious ingridients. The burger itself is being stuffed with the generous generous topping of melted cheddar cheese, rocket lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, sunny side up egg, and of course – centralized with a massive-sized succulent lump of beef patty.
Price: RM 18.00++

The Caribbean Burger is next being served. The Caribbean Burger which pays homage to Sun & Sea. Take a bite and your palates will magically be transported to the Caribbean Islands, with tropical favorites such as mangoes, capsicums, carrots, cucumber topping and a slice of juicy thick chicken patty. It doesn’t stop at there; the bun used for the Caribbean Burger is specially made with sweet sultanas and dried fruits to give it that extra ‘kick’! The burger is simply special where you can find some jewels in between the burgers itself.
Price: RM 16.00++

If you love spiciness in your meals, take up a notch with the Mexican Tuna Wrap! Induced with Mexican flavors, one can find chunks of tuna and jalapenos in almost every corner of this tortilla wrap! Accompanied with crunchy tortilla chip, tangy salsa, and creamy Guacamole, the delights is indeed tantalizing and well made with the munches of supremes of tuna in it.
Price: RM 18.00++

Chicken Champignon Burger is a delicious and heavy delight too. The lip-smacking sautéed fresh mushrooms – pan fried with cream sauce which is then topped generously onto the thickest slice of patty one is simply good and there are plenty of mushrooms win between and topped with the fresh salad and tomatoes. The combination is simply perfect and yet a heavy burger to go for as it is simply creamy.
Price:RM 19.00++

We also had the American Sandwiches where the baby oozes out with perfection and with the extra thic patty which is being used in the sandwich itself. The delights is then stacked with more crunchy beef strips, and loads of cheesy cheddar cheese. The American Sandwich comes accompanied with fresh plates of fries. It is being served with the wholesome gourmet burgers are specially prepared to showcase an assortment of flavors from around the world.
Price: RM 18.00++

We ended up with their Cajun Shrimp Wrap, and being a stream lover I am definite to fall in love with these Cajun Shrimp Wrap where the fresh shrimps are being marinated in paprika, pan-friend till perfection and wrapped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The simply fresh and juicy delights with the well made wraps are tantalizing my tastebuds and this is amazingly good.

– Raspberry White Chocolate Cake-

We ended with the elegant Raspberry White Chocolate Cake to the Piano Lounge of Armada Petaling Jaya. Made from layers of classic sponge cake, it is then filled generously with ‘white chocolate infused raspberry jam’ and then covered entirely with more generous coating of white chocolate. It is so nice that the chef had prepared the mini size for us to try off with some churros that comes together with it.
