
Tastefully Malaysia Expo 2012 is not to be missed for food lovers.This round we are honored to be invited by Ivy from FOOD for the event and have the exploration on food marathon for 11 stalls.
Taste Fully is subject to the meaning of the sense of taste to have enjoyment of distinct flavour and feeling totally completely by the taste of food. Believe that is a remarkable name to all food lover and visitor to remember our Taste Fully Food & Beverage Expo.
TFBE 2012 is our 2nd expo for international food & beverage showcase that provides all kind food and beverage products and service. It is an expo that provides a perfect platform for exhibitors to generate their best services and products to public visitors and get the instant feedback and great sales on the ground.
This expo also is a dedicated business platform for exhibitors to connect with trade buyers. The hall will organise by group pavilions, which exhibitors from local government, associations, local trader and overseas association and trader as well.
Stall 1 : HUNTS

Hunts stall where they are selling a variety of tomato sauce, pasta sauce, oil as well as bbq sauce. We sampled some of their food and each of every product is lovely and nice. Hunts is one o the famous company which is serving tomato sauces and they are 100% natural. Why do I say so

Stall 2: CHEF TONY POPCORN

Chef Tony is a booth which is selling everything on popcorns and they have a variety choices of popcorn not to be missed. Chef Tony is the next place we are heading too. They do have the Original Carmel, Country Cheddar, Dark Chocolate and many more. A bucket of it starts from RM 14 for a basic one and you can grab one to share with your love one to share them too.
Chef Tony’s Original Recipe is a tradition of making the best Caramel Popcorn around. Chef Tony combines the best and the freshest ingredients together with its secret roasting technique to produce the best tasting Gourmet Popcorn. Stall 3:Moon Kee Confectionery

The next one is the Mon Kee Confectionery where they are one of the shop which is serving delectable Chinese Traditional pastries. They have fluffy tarts, crispy pies, and even more. And in the Tastefully Malaysia Expo 2012, you can buy them at a cheaper price as well.

Stall 4:Sweet Hut

Sweet Hut desserts is also one of the merchant which is having their booth there. Sweet Hut desserts is one of the desserts shop which provide a wide range of desserts which comes from difference country included Italy, France, Spain, Hong Kong, Malaysia and etc. Sweet Hut always ensures that all the desserts served are good in quality and also comes with a good presentation for our customers.
You may get to enjoy a variety of delectable pudding and desserts there.

Stall 5: F&N

F&N stall had also been there and they also promoting their milk and how to cook meals by using the using the evaporated milk. If you love to learn more, you can visit their booth to learn more as well as buying some of the products.
Stall 6:Rich Crackers Marketing

We also get to try the Some Prawn Crackers too. The Rich Crackers Marketing has a variety of crunchy prawn crackers which I could not resists at all. Grab some of the crackers from the stall and it is really good and delicious.
Stall 6: Fat Mum

The next counter is Fat Mum which they have the variety of cooking recipes and easy paste to buy here. They have a variety of sauces you may buy for a easy cooking way where they have the Asam Sauce, Jeong Jing Sauce, Kam Heong Sauce, Black Pepper Sauce, Marmite Sauce and many more to choose from. About Fat Mum
Fat Mum Sauce Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on April 2012. It began its commercial operation in June 2012 in humble beginning from a shop house cum factory at Jalan Limbungan, Butterworth, Penang producing six types of Asian based sauces ie. Assam, Cheong Cheng, Kam Heong, Black Pepper, Curry Chicken Sauce and Mummite. Fat Mum plans to introduce more new sauces in the near future .
The business was originally founded by an experienced Chef who owned a popular restaurant, Fat Mum Seafood House (肥媽海鮮煮炒) located at No. 11A, Tingkat Bawah, Lorong Ceri 5, Jalan Raja Uda, Butterworth in 2006. Amongst its many signature dishes, the restaurant was famous for its Asam Steam Fish, Cheong Cheng Tau Foo, Mongolia Tau Foo, Kam Heong Chicken, Black Pepper Crab and Mummite Prawns. Because of their tasty sauces, they were often requested by their customers to sell their sauces. As their sauces gained in popularity and demand, they decided to cease their restaurant business and venture into the sauce manufacturing business focusing on their customers favorite and much sort after types of sauces.
Together with their associates, Fat Mum started a new business retaining its name of “Fat Mum” and named it Fat Mum Sauce Sdn. Bhd. They committed a substantial investment in setting up the factory and operation producing high quality sauces specializing in a variety of Asian sauces as it belief in producing healthy, tasty, convenient and safe sauces for everyone to enjoy. Since its inception, it is now operating locally from Butterworth, Penang, Malaysia.Being a new establishment, Fat Mum Sauce Sdn. Bhd is currently looking for interested distributors to market its sauces locally and overseas.
Stall 7: Careful Classic

Careful Classic is another brands which we are having which includes the variety of puddings as well as they have their deep fried crispy durian as well. At here, Carefully Classic is all about promoting the King of Food –Durian. Carefully Classic is available :

Stall 8 : Old Sweet House

Old Sweet house is everything about hotdogs and you can grabbed one as well if you are hungry during the fair.
Stall 9: Korean Food

You can also try to dine from those Korean stall. There are Korean delights from the Korean and they have a variety of Korean food which includes the Korean pan cake, Korean rice cake, kim chee and even more. The delights are really in a variety where you can choose a lot more.
Stall 10: PAR Tea

Next we tried also the Par tea which is another pearl tea where you can have a variety of flavored tea. They have passion fruit green tea, lychee milk tea, earl black tea and other earthy mixes.

Stall 11: Gee Seng

And the final stall we had the chicken curry paste and fish curry paste. The paste is originated from the Ipoh, Perak. They have a variety of paste too which is served at a big packets.

And here we end our food trip and what I got is simply plentiful of the food products home and is time to EAT and thanks to FOOD MSIA and the organizers for the opportunity.

Verdict:
The fair is worth to go especially for FOOD lovers as you can grab a lot of food products which is cheaper than outside.
I hope it is not only once a year. Perhaps twice a year will be good to let me restock my items
