BBQ DELIGHTS AT TERAZZA BRASSERIE , GRAND DORSETT HOTEL

December 3, 2012 by StrawberrY Gal

Terazza Brasserie, one of the hotel’s most popular dining venues with breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. In addition to a delectable all-day dining menu, Terazza Brasserie offers contemporary dining in a relaxing atmosphere with outdoor terrace and influences in a trendy Mediterranean setting.

– Some of the cheese which is available in the buffet spread-

– The bread and butter-

To start off, the meals is lovely with the delighting cheese where you may find a variety of delicious cheese at the buffet spread. Not only the cheese, they also have the choices of bread and butter for you to accompanied with the cheese spread.

– The Sizzling BBQ Delights –

Kick the night off with tempting aroma, sight and sound of sizzling fresh seafood, tender pieces of chicken, beef and lamb; expertly barbecued to keep it succulent and flavourful; a delicious spread of gastronomy to satiate the discerning, barbecue-mad taste buds of both our local and foreign guests, creations by our team of innovative chefs. In there, we are looking at the delighting bbq items which includes prawns, squids, fish, lambs and even more. I am falling in love with it where there is no hassle for me to do my bbq-ing myself.I am just enjoying myself by picking up those which I love and the bbq-ing is left to be done by the professionals.

Aside from the delicious BBQ which is a highlights for the buffet, there is also temptating delights which there is a large selection of sushis and cold seafood which is being served. This is includes poached shrimps, clams, mussels, oysters and a variety and accompaniments.

If you love to have some acar, there also also variety choices of the Malay cuisine acar for you to choose at the spread as well.

Not only that, they have some Malaysian favorites and some cooked items like fried rice, curries, stir fried vegetables in the buffet spread too. The delights are lovely and delicious too with the amazingly good.

-The Pudding Choices-

– The Local Kuih-

You can have more delights of the tasty cakes as well as the signature bread butter pudding which is being served from the pastries  I just love it so much with the petite of cakes which is being served and the variety of puddings as well.

Not only that, they also serves a ice creams, coffee and more where you can dine too. Not to forget is girl’s favorite the chocolate fountain where I can have a dip of my favorite sticks of mashmellows there too. Overall, the food are great and the Grand Dorsett Subang is the perfect place to dine with warm and friendly service. Not only that, the food quality are also in par which is a definite that I would fall in love with.

– The Spread of Fruits-

– Some of the local fruites-

After the delicious food, we ended our meals with some sweet local fruits.
