FU KUA RESTAURANT, TAMAN SEA

October 2, 2012 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review Leave a Comment

‘Fu Kua Restaurant’ which means ‘Bittergourd Restaurant’ is what we are going for today. The restaurant is serving the Bittergourd dish and Teochew style cooking which is indeed having a full 3-4 pages of menu. Where it is located? It is located nearby the famous Ming Tian Food Court and the place is simply a nice place to visit though where you can find ample of parking places at night.

This round we had the simple stir fried at the restaurant. We had the steam bihun where the bihun is being steamed and well stir fried. The taste is indeed delighting and well fried which is indeed good to taste. The portion is also a large one as well.
Taste : 4/5
Price : RM 7.00

Next, we had the Fu Kua Fried Rice with the Salted Fish which is indeed well fried with wok hei. The dish is well fried and the there is a light fu kua taste with the a slight saltiness in it which overall make it simply mouth watering.
Taste : 4/5
Price : RM 7.00

Some hot soup for a rainy day is indeed nice to have the wine chicken. The wine chicken is served hot and really warm the tummy during this rainy days and it is indeed appetizing with the fragrant wine taste and “kei qi” with it.
Taste : 4/5
Price: RM 20.00
